By accessing or using the Zen AI progressive web application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

You confirm that you are at least 16 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country).

2. Nature of Service

Zen AI is a client-side interface ("Frontend") that facilitates interaction with Artificial Intelligence models. We do not host the AI models directly.

• Infrastructure: Computing resources, cloud storage, and API routing are provided by Puter.com.
• Dependency: The availability of Zen AI is strictly dependent on the uptime of Puter.com. We are not responsible for outages originating from third-party providers.

You agree not to use Zen AI to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or sexually explicit.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Overload or spam the API endpoints provided by Puter.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You generally retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the outputs generated, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers (e.g., OpenAI).

Our Rights: The Zen AI interface, design, and code are the exclusive property of the developer.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zen AI and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or service interruptions.
